1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Content for Bloggers (contentforbloggers.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Overview

Content for Bloggers is a digital marketplace where independent vendors sell digital content including food photography packages, recipe content, blog templates, and other digital assets to bloggers and content creators.

3. Vendor Terms

Vendors retain ownership of their original content. By listing products on Content for Bloggers, vendors grant buyers a non-exclusive license to use purchased content for their blogs and websites. Vendors agree to:

  • Only sell content they have the legal right to distribute
  • Provide accurate product descriptions and previews
  • Disclose any AI-generated content in their listings
  • Maintain product quality standards as outlined in our Vendor Guidelines
  • Accept the 10% marketplace commission on all sales

4. Buyer Terms

Purchased digital products are licensed for personal and commercial blog use unless otherwise specified by the vendor. Buyers may NOT resell, redistribute, or sub-license purchased content.

5. AI Content Disclosure

All vendors are required to disclose if any portion of their product was created using artificial intelligence tools. AI-generated content must be clearly labeled in the product listing. Failure to disclose AI usage is grounds for account termination.

6. Quality Standards

New vendors’ first 10 products undergo manual review before publication. After demonstrating consistent quality, vendors earn “Trusted Vendor” status and may publish products immediately. Content for Bloggers reserves the right to remove any product that does not meet our quality standards.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of products sold on Content for Bloggers, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues preventing download or significant misrepresentation of the product.
